Mobility & GO in Denham

Mobility & GO is an assessment-led service available from our Denham clinic near Uxbridge. Where appropriate, a practitioner may use manual mobilisation or manipulation techniques alongside assisted stretching as part of an individual treatment approach.

The techniques used depend on your presentation, clinical history and assessment findings. Manual techniques are not suitable for everyone, and alternatives may be recommended where appropriate.

Assessment-led mobility support

An initial Mobility & GO consultation is required so that we can assess your needs and determine whether this service is appropriate. We discuss your relevant history, current symptoms, movement and goals before deciding whether mobilisation, manipulation, Assisted Stretching or another approach should be considered.

What an appointment may involve

• Discussion of your relevant health and injury history.
• Movement and mobility assessment.
• Manual mobilisation or manipulation where suitable.
• Assisted Stretching and mobility work.
• Exercise or self-management guidance where relevant.

Mobility & GO is not a generic adjustment session, and no specific technique is guaranteed before assessment. Where manual techniques are unsuitable, your practitioner will discuss alternative options or referral when appropriate.
