I remember the day clearly, I called Lennox after re-straining my groin muscles whilst playing football. I was virtually in tears as I knew my application to join the army had finally come through and my time was limited. I visited Lennox initially with an IT band injury and a vague hope of taking part in the London Duathalon 4 months later. My chances were very slim as my previous physiotherapist had advised me that the injury would come back. Lennox was 100% confident that he could get me back to running and I would be able to take part in the London Duathalon. I was most impressed with his knowledge and step by step approach. These included sessions with Lennox as well as "homework" consisting of twice daily stretches based on the injury. Lennox helped to ease my pain whilst carefully balancing the combination of re-building my strength and mitigating potential further damage. I managed to make it to the start and most importantly, the finish line of the London Duathalon! I would never had got that medal without Lennox's help. I have no hesitation to recommend Lennox.
