| Our clinic offers appointments with either an Associate Sports & Remedial Therapist or the Principal Sports & Remedial Therapist. Associate therapists provide the same high standard of Sports & Remedial Therapy and are suitable for the majority of treatments. Sessions with the Principal Therapist are priced slightly higher to reflect additional experience and specialist techniques. Treatment packages are based on Associate Therapist pricing. Clients wishing to see the Principal Therapist may do so with a £10 upgrade per session. Principal packages are also available for clients who wish to see the Principal Therapist exclusively. |

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Please note that we require a small deposit for your appointment upon booking. The deposit that we require a £40 deposit upon booking online. The outstanding fee can be paid at the end of your treatment by cash or card. All deposits placed are non-refundable. If Appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service price and 100% of the service price if the appointment is cancelled within two hours of the appointment.
No-shows will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment before being eligible to book another appointment.
You may be considered a no show if you fail to notify us and arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment.
