Lennox has great knowledge and experience which means treatments are completely tailored to you and your needs - something I’ve struggle to find until now. I felt that Lennox was very professional from start to finish. Ensuring he asked all of the relevant questions and the reasons as to why I required a sports massage. His wealth of knowledge is excellent and he made me feel like a new woman walking out of the clinic. Great sports massage! Definitely recommend.

Lenny is fantastic at what he does! I told Lenny about pain and discomfort I had in my lower back following an exercise class. Before long, Lenny was running me through tests to diagnose the problem before applying simple techniques to relieve the pain and discomfort. Throughout the physio session, Lenny was very comforting and responsive to my pain. My pain and discomfort was reduced the following day (today) - I am massively grateful.Lenny is a kind and personable physio who is equipped with knowledge and equipment to get you back on your feet and fighting fit. Thoroughly recommended.

I had an all round great experience. Lennox is very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable and took time listening and understanding what I could and couldn’t do. I had never had a sports massage before however, just one session in I can feel the difference and am looking forward to the next one!

.. Took my dad as he was experiencing pain and discomfort in his shoulder, Lennox not only asked him everything and was patient with his responses (dad's English isn't the best), He also checked everything thoroughly and then proceeded to give him an amazing massage and use of his Physio therapy gun to loosen up any stiffness in his shoulders, neck and back.. Was definitely a good massage as my dad fell asleep at one point and hasn't stopped talking about how good and relaxing it felt the entire journey home!Going to be booking my own session in soon, and dad is definitely going back too!Polite, punctual, attentive and definitely knows what he's doing!Would highly recommend!!

I have to date had 2 deep tissue back massages with Lennox. Both have been beneficial and helped with tight shoulders and tennis elbow. The price point is great and Lennix is very personable. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Went to lennox for massage treatment on my back and left feeling 100% better! He's incredibly professional and listens to any aches and pains you've been having as well as testing which areas are the most tense to make sure the treatment is tailored to your needs. Great value for money!

Lenny has developed a great, comprehensive fitness/nutrition plan for our irish dancing school. He is fab with all of the children and has them very excited to cross train to get stronger and fitter. He's really listened to all of our needs for the dancers and has provided very detailed plans and sessions for the kids to do on their own, and in his sessions. It is a huge bonus that Lenny is able to cater for injuries/rehabbing existing problems, as dancing is very tough on the body.The nutrition document has everything you could ever need to know about diet and fuelling your body for competition, and is presented in an easy-to-follow document! We're super thankful for all of Lenny's help so far and are excited to continue working with him!!

Few weeks ago I got injured in a Tabata class. I called Obtainable fitness and he gave me a slot for the next day. He took his time to understand what actually happened and how it happened. He took time to understand previous injuries and health. He then did a mobility test around the area affected so he can pin point. Once he pin point the area of injury he then massaged this out. I could feel the difference almost instantly. He gave me physiotherapy exercises to follow through with after our session. I had mentioned that I had issues with my calves so we booked a session for this and he really worked them well through his massaging. Since I do physically activities a lot it is important to have such massages done. I would really highly recommend Lenny. He is professional, kind and really takes time to understand our needs.
